At Chikaro, we want every purchase to bring joy. If you're unsatisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email hello@chikaro.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return address (Lagos, Nigeria) and instructions.
- Ship the item(s) via a tracked method.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
Exchanges
We currently offer refunds only. To exchange an item, place a new order after receiving your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at hello@chikaro.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
